One of the famous buildings called "Kitabcha" on Arbat Street in the center of Moscow is illustrated in the colors of the tricolor flag of Azerbaijan, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
The Moscow Mayor's Office has adopted a relevant decision on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Azerbaijan.
The illustration was in the bookstores on New Arbat. Russian and Azerbaijani flags moved from bottom to top, words of the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations were projected on three buildings called booklets.
