We want to establish the EU Development Agency in Azerbaijan, Head of Cooperation Section of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan Viktor Bojkov said at the conference on "Towards 2030: Socio-Economic Inclusion in Azerbaijan" within the framework of the UN SDG Dialogues initiative, APA reports.
He stressed that there is succesful cooperation between the EU and Azerbaijan.
"Currently, we are renewing the cooperation and partnership agreement. The EU sees its strategic partnership with Azerbaijan in the context of the Eastern Partnership. Azerbaijan has great investment potential. It is necessary to effectively use the funds allocated by the EU and also attract other investors. This will have a positive impact on lending and investment potential within the country".
