The EU and Azerbaijan discussed the peace agenda, regional connections and partnership issues, Gert Jan Koopman, Director-General for Enlargement and Eastern Neighborhood Policy, who is visiting Baku, shared this on his X account, APA reports.
"During the meetings with the presidential aides Hikmet Hajiyev and Elchin Amirbekov, views were exchanged on demining, EU support in the field of socio-economic development, as well as the next stages of coordination on the Middle Corridor," the EU official emphasized.
Koopman assessed the meetings as constructive and useful discussions.
