“Support to territorial integrity and sovereignty of countries is a principled position of the European Union,” said Head of the European Union (EU) Delegation to Azerbaijan Peter Michalko, APA reports.
“We have always stated our support to territorial integrity and sovereignty of countries. When it comes to security issues, I can say that the EU is helping these countries to be sustainable and to defend themselves.
Although Eastern partnership does not play the direct role in the solution of conflicts but touches this issue,” the ambassador noted.
