“We came to the aid of our brothers with all our capabilities in the struggle to liberate the occupied lands of Azerbaijan. Thus, together with our Azerbaijani brothers, we ensured the liberation of Garabagh after nearly 30 years of occupation and oppression." Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said as he addressed the graduation ceremony at the Naval Academy of the Turkish National Defense University, APA's Istanbul correspondent reports.
He noted that there are a number of ongoing conflicts in the region Türkiye is located.
Erdogan also emphasized that after the Russian-Ukrainian war broke out, the whole world focused on the Black Sea.
