President Donald Trump and President Aliyev met on January 22 in Davos to discuss U.S.-Azerbaijan relations and regional peace, the U.S. Embassy in Baku said in a statement, APA reports.
"They reaffirmed their commitments from the August 8 Summit, including stronger bilateral ties and increased cooperation. The leaders also highlighted progress toward peace and stability in the South Caucasus, and the importance of regional connectivity, cooperation, and trade, thanks to the TRIPP," the statement reads.
