The memory of the heroes who gave their lives for freedom unites Ukraine and Azerbaijan, APA reports.
This was stated in a condolence message on the social network account of the Ukrainian embassy on the anniversary of the January 20 events.
"We stand in solidarity with the people of Azerbaijan and bow with deep respect before the bright memory of the innocent victims.
The memory of the heroes who gave their lives for freedom unites Ukraine and Azerbaijan, as well as strengthens mutual friendship between our peoples. This friendship is built on ensuring sovereignty, territorial integrity, independence and human dignity," it said.
