A delegation led by Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev is participating in the 11th Session of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption, being held in Doha, the capital of the State of Qatar, the Prosecutor General’s Offic told APA.
Within the framework of the event, the Prosecutor General took part in panel discussions of the UN Global Operational Network of Anti-Corruption Law Enforcement Authorities (GlobE).
The leadership of the network expressed gratitude for Azerbaijan’s significant contribution to the organization’s activities.
A the plenary session, reports were heard from the delegations of participating countries on measures implemented at the national level to combat corruption.
The Assembly will continue its work until December 19.
