"A detailed document reflecting all the facts related to the 30-year military occupation period to be submitted to the ICJ within the legal responsibility measures against Armenia, has been finalized as well," reads the statement of Azerbaijani MFA on the finals of the year, APA reports.
"The document will be submitted to the ICJ at the end of January 2023. Furthermore, on October 12, 2022, the ICJ rejected the petition filed by Armenia on September 16, 2022 regarding new temporary measures against Azerbaijan. At the beginning of next year, Azerbaijan is planning new legal responsibility measures against Armenia for damage to the environment, as well as illegal exploitation of energy and natural resources," the statement says.
