Croatian Embassy in Azerbaijan changed organization of consular work

The Embassy of Croatia in Azerbaijan changed the organization of consular work, APA reports citing the Embassy.

In order to ensure high-quality and efficient customer service in the issuance of visas for trips to Croatia, the Embassy of Croatia in Azerbaijan has implemented changes in the organization of consular work.

From the 4 September 2023, the appointment for submission of visa application can be booked through the website of the Embassy of Croatia in Azerbaijan:

Visa application documents for visiting Croatia should be submitted at the Visa application center VFS Global: https://www.vfsglobal.com/en/individuals/index.html

Only the following categories of persons can submit their visa applications directly at the Embassy:

Holders of diplomatic and service passports, private visitors of the employees of representations of Azerbaijan in Croatia, family members of the nationals of Croatia and European Union, as well as, persons whose entry is related to humanitarian considerations (a serious illness of a relative or an attendance of a funeral).

Other consular services (applications for residence permits, requests from various databases of Croatia, issuance of identity documents of Croatia and others) are provided directly at the Embassy by scheduling an appointment in advance.
