The work on the railway, which is part of the Zangezur corridor, is in its final stage, Croatian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Branko Zebić, who is on a visit to Zangezur with the diplomatic corps, told APA.
The ambassador said that this is not his first visit to East Zangezur: "I have been in Azerbaijan for seven years now. Of course, this is not my first visit to East Zangezur, but every time I come back, it is amazing that there is a big change, a big progress."
The diplomat also spoke about the Zangezur corridor: "This time I got acquainted with the final stage of the work on the railway, which is part of the Zangezur corridor. This is really impressive. The nature is very beautiful and I see only a good future here. This is no longer a war zone. After many years, there is only a good future. This is good."
