Criminal prosecution launched against 306 Armenians who committed crimes against Azerbaijanis

"In order to conduct investigations on grave crimes committed against our people, in accordance with international agreements supported by the Republic of Azerbaijan, the norms of international law and the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as taking into account the large number of suspects, accused and victims and the volume work in the Republican Military Prosecutor's Office identified 5 main areas of investigation," the head of the special investigation department of the military prosecutor's office of Azerbaijan, senior adviser to justice Emil Tagiyev told in an interview with APA.

According to Mr. Tagiyev, in these areas, 306 people have been prosecuted. Decisions were made in their regard to bring them to justice as accused under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code, they were put on the wanted list, and other necessary investigative measures were taken.
