Visits of the President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan (June 15-16 and October 26, 2021) to our country, his visit to our liberated territories from the occupation, signing of the Shusha Declaration by the Azerbaijani and Turkish Presidents regarding the allied relations between two countries were a significant event, it has been reflected in the press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan on finals of 2021, APA reports.
The Press Release says that in addition to this, during the year, meetings were organized at the level of prime ministers, parliamentary speakers, foreign ministers, defense ministers, and other government officials of both countries, and cooperation was carried out in areas of mutual interest.
"Content of our cooperation with the Russian Federation in 2021 has been quite rich. The President of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenia held trilateral meetings in Moscow on January 11, 2021, and in Sochi on November 26, 2021, with the mediation of the President of Russia. During the year, Deputy prime ministers and foreign ministers of the Russian Federation have visited our country. Meetings of the Azerbaijani-Russian joint demarcation commission and the 19th meeting of the Intergovernmental State Commission on the economic cooperation relations have been held," noted the Ministry.
