Azerbaijan’s Deputy Prime Minister, co-chair of the State Commission on cooperation in the economic, trade and humanitarian fields between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Islamic Republic of Iran and Iran’s Minister of Roads and Urban Developments, co-chair of the Commission on behalf of Iran Mehrdad Bazrpash has today met in the city of Astara, Iran, press service of the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.
The sides discussed the issues related to regional and international transport and communication, as well as energy projects between the two countries.

A State Commission meeting on economic, trade and humanitarian cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Islamic Republic of Iran has got underway, APA reports.
Held on the border, the meeting is co-chaired on behalf of Azerbaijan by Deputy Prime Minister, Shahin Mustafayev, and on behalf of Iran by Minister of Roads and Urban Developments, Mehrdad Bazrpash.
The State Commission meeting discusses the issues of cooperation, including the railway and highway projects.
