Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlud Çavuşoğlu, who is on a visit to Jabrayl, unveiled the stage of the normalization process between Armenia and Turkiye, APA reports.
The minister told journalists that the talks are underway between the special representatives: "Our President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Prague. In the next stage, special representatives will continue to meet. As a result, some confidence-building steps have been taken. The airspace has been opened, and we have made similar sincere gestures. We always state that both Azerbaijan and Turkiye are sincere in the normalization process. Therefore, Azerbaijan proposes a comprehensive peace agreement.
Cavusoglu said that they would discuss the normalization process with Armenia in a coordinated manner with Azerbaijan at the next stage.
"We will continue to meet with Armenia. We are sincere about the normalization of relations," he said.
