It will not be easy, but the solution we want to achieve addresses the rights and security of all people in the region, as well as issues of sovereignty and territorial integrity," Mark Libby, Candidate for the U.S. ambassador to Azerbaijan, said in response to pro-Armenian Senator Bob Menendez's question about the situation in Karabakh and the Lachin road during the hearings in the Senate, APA reports.
"As for the situation in Karabakh, I don't want to be biased considering that this is a matter for the sides to decide," Libby added.
