The Basic Law of relations between Azerbaijan and Turkiye is the Shusha Declaration, said Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci, APA reports.
The ambassador spoke about Turkey-Azerbaijan relations: "Undoubtedly, National leader Heydar Aliyev is a leader who played a special role in regaining the independence of Azerbaijan and laid the foundation of modern Azerbaijan stated. We remember the national leader as the leader who initiated Turkihs-Azerbaijani relations, built a healthy and unbreakable bridge and created the concept of "One nation, two states," the Turkish Ambassador said.
