“I am sure that my visit will play a role in the intensification of our relations,” said Deputy Chairperson of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bisera Turkovic at the joint press conference with her Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov, APA reports.
She noted that the opening of Sarajevo and Baku embassies will deepen the relations: “Tourist visits will increase, contacts between our people will strengthen. As well as I want to thank Azerbaijan for its support in the fight against COVID-19.”
According to the minister, investments are few, and cooperation in this field should be expanded: “Distance should not be an obstacle for strengthening cooperation. Our country is small, however, it has great potential. Today we agreed to sign new agreements for cooperation.”
