"Today, we look at a very different Eastern neighbourhood. We heard the call for more EU presence and integration and the Eastern Partnership to be adjusted to challenges and differentiated needs of partners At our annual Eastern Partnership ministerial, I suggest to continue our EaP policy in parallel to the enlargement process, as vehicle for regional cooperation. We should step up work on security and defence and continue engagement for a secure, stable & prosperous South Caucasus," he noted.
