"Thanks for your hospitality. The Foreign Minister of Belgium has not come to Baku for the last 8 years. I wanted to use this opportunity," said Belgian Foreign Minister Hadja Lahbib as she gave a joint briefing with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov in Baku, APA reports.
She asserted that they discussed bilateral relations in the meeting with Jeyhun Bayramov: "We want these relations to deepen".
"At the meeting, we touched on cooperation in the field of construction and healthcare. We want Belgian companies to be well represented here. This meeting was an opportunity to exchange views on various issues," added the minister.
