The declaration adopted at the international conference themed “Uniting efforts and enhancing cooperation for addressing the issue of missing persons,” held in Baku on October 9–11 and organized by the State Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons, has been published and circulated as an official document of the UN General Assembly and the Security Council.
