“Restoration, reconstruction, and reintegration works are being carried out in the liberated areas. Azerbaijan’s principle position remains unchanged. Azerbaijan, as a winning country has suggested the opposing side to sign a peace agreement,” said Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov at the opening of AFSP – Advanced Foreign Service Program held for Intern-Attaches in ADA university, APA reports.
According to him, we are in favor of the normalization of relations with Armenia based on the principles of respect for independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity: “Armenia’s destructive position, smearing campaigns against Azerbaijan causes obstacles for the normalization of relations.”
