"For one year and nine months, Armenia has not taken any real measures either on the railway or the road," said Prime Minister Ali Asadov at the meeting of the CIS Heads of Government Council in Astana, APA reports.
Recalling the Trilateral Declaration dated November 9/10, 2020, the Prime Minister noted that each clause of that document envisages the opening of transport communications: "According to that Declaration, Azerbaijan undertook that the Lachin road will operate and Azerbaijan guarantees its safety. We fulfill all our obligations. Today, Lachin road and the corridor are working. Besides, we do not have the opportunity to go to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic from the main part of Azerbaijan. Not only is there no possibility, but we also don't even see any work done in this direction on the territory of Armenia," Prime Minister added.
