Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov has sent a message of congratulation to his Ukrainian counterpart Denys Shmyhal on the Independence Day of his country, press service of the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.
In a letter the Azerbaijani PM pointed out the centuries-old traditions of friendship and cooperation between the peoples of Azerbaijan and Ukraine.
He described the current level of interstate relations built on these solid foundations as satisfactory.
The Azerbaijani PM expressed confidence that Azerbaijan-Ukraine traditional friendly relations and fruitful cooperation will continue to develop and expand successfully to the benefit of the two peoples and countries.
