The Council of State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations of Azerbaijan held event regarding death of 3 people as a result of a mine explosion in Tartar, APA reports.
Chairperson of the Council Azay Guliyev stressed that such cruelty against the civilian population is unacceptable and these actions grossly violate the provisions of the tripartite declarations.
At the event, a statement was addressed to the international community by Azerbaijani NGOs regarding the continuation of mine terrorism committed by Armenia against civilian Azerbaijanis.
