“They already confess that if a peace agreement is not signed with Azerbaijan, Armenia can not develop,” said member of Azerbaijani parliament Fazil Mustafa at the meeting of the Milli Majlis held today, APA reports.
MP noted that Azerbaijan should use it: “We should strengthen our work with the Armenian parliament. There is a need for establishing a commission in the Parliament in this field. We should put forward a new initiative. We are represented together with Armenia on 5 platforms in Europe and CIS. A ban on NGOs should also be lifted. NGOs should increase the projects with Armenian NGOs and should convey proposals to society. We should start to work with Armenian society without mediators.”
