“The relations with France are at their lowest point,” said Jeyhun Bayramov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan in his statement to the journalists, APA reports.
He said that, at times, open statements were made, sometimes threatening disclosures were stated by France against Azerbaijan:
“I can say with full responsibility that, France is the main state standing behind the systematic work against Azerbaijan on various platforms. Azerbaijan will give adequate response to this. We are not such a state to leave it unanswered. As I said, France took the first steps against Azerbaijan. Whenever France will take alternative steps realizing its mistake, we will respond accordingly.”
