On the other side, we also heard a reference to the decision of the International court of Justice," said Azerbaijani FM Jeyhun Bayramov at the joint press conference with the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, Catherine Colonna, APA reports.
"First, as for the unilateral steps taken by Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan took step in accordance with its own constitution in its areas. Two and a half years before this step, it told everyone the essence of the problem. During these years, France has not urged Armenia not a single time. As for the decision of the International Court of Justice, Lachin's road is always open in the 3 directions we just mentioned," stressed the minister.
