Today, another aid has been sent to the Ukrainian people, consisting of medicines and medical supplies, as well as food and food products, to provide emergency medical care to the people of Ukraine for the purpose of humanitarian aid, the MFA told APA.
The first plane to deliver 380 tons of humanitarian aid worth more than 5.5 million euros to Poland's Rzeszow Airport departed from Heydar Aliyev International Airport on March 12 at 09:00. The next flights will be carried out during the day to transport aid.
Recalled that in connection with the situation in Ukraine, on behalf of the country's leadership, Azerbaijan sent the first humanitarian aid to Ukraine in the amount of 5.5 million euros, including medicines, medical supplies, devices and equipment, on February 27 in the first days of the crisis.
