"We discussed increasing trade turnover between the two countries," Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, said at a joint press conference with his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi, APA reports.
"The work of the economic commissions is appreciated. Trade turnover was $650 million in 2024 and $520 million in 2025. This does not correspond to the potential of the two countries; we exchanged views on increasing this volume," he said.
