On July 8, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, received Rustam Soli, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Azerbaijan, on the occasion of the conclusion of his diplomatic tenure, APA reports citing the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
Minister said that the current historical and cultural ties between the peoples and countries of Azerbaijan and Tajikistan have deep roots and are linked by ties of warm friendship, close beneficial cooperation, and mutual activity based on centuries-old traditions.
Confidence was expressed in the further development of relations between our countries in all fields, and that these relations will continue to be strengthened within the framework of the interests of the two friendly peoples.
Ambassador Soli expressed his gratitude for the support provided to him during his diplomatic tenure.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov wished ambassador Rustam Soli success in his future activities.
