Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov met with the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of the Republic of Croatia Davor Filipović, the Azerbaijani Ministry told APA.
At the meeting, the sides exchanged views on economic and trade relations between the two countries, as well as opportunities for cooperation in energy, information technologies, tourism, pharmaceuticals, mine clearance and other fields.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov informed the other side about the initiatives put forward by Azerbaijan in the direction of expanding the potential of the Middle Corridor and mentioned numerous favorable opportunities for Croatian transit operators and logistics companies to take advantage of the opportunities that the Middle Corridor gives.
During the meeting, the cooperation directions of Croatian companies in the post-conflict period for the restoration of Azerbaijani territories liberated from occupation, as well as other issues of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting.
