“Revanchist approach and cooperation choice depend on Armenian government and its people,” said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at the joint press conference with his Slovak counterpart, APA reports.
He stated that Azerbaijan is ready to positively respond to steps directed to cooperation, partnership.
“If there are some steps against Azerbaijan, of course, we will respond to it,” stressed the Foreign Minister.
J. Bayramov noted that Azerbaijan fulfills its obligations.
The minister noted that Azerbaijan supports the normalization of relations with Armenia: “For this implementation of provisions of trilateral statements is required. Azerbaijan fulfills its obligations and will continue to fulfill.”
J. Bayramov noted that Azerbaijan was also the initiator and participant of a number of major projects both in the region and outside the region during its lands were under occupation: “New opportunities have opened with the liberation our lands, Azerbaijan starts again new projects.
Azerbaijani side is ready to mutually respond to the positive decisions regarding the cooperation by Armenia. However, if there are some threats against our country, Azerbaijan will respond to it.”
