“Although all condition was created for using the road for humanitarian purposes, it is unacceptable that those from the Armenian side, and those presenting themselves as “representatives” of Armenian residents in Azerbaijani territories discourage the population from using the road and to artificially create the impression of a deterioration in the humanitarian situation,” Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, while discussing with him the current situation around Lachin road, as well as issues on the implementation of the trilateral statements, Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs told APA.
