"Shusha Declaration has already raised relations between Turkiye and Azerbaijan to a higher level," said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in the panel discussions at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, APA reports.
"We also consider Turkey as our homeland," the minister noted.
Jeyhun Bayramov noted that Azerbaijan and Turkey have centuries-old historical relations, hundreds of documents have been signed between the two countries.
"We have implemented huge projects changing the energy map of Eurasia," added the FM.
