Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov has met with his Venezuelan counterpart Yvan Gil Pinto, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan on the sidelines of the Ministerial Meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement Coordinating Bureau, APA reports citing the ministry.
The ministers exchanged views on prospects for expanding cooperation between the two countries in oil, gas, tourism, air transport and other fields.
As part of the meeting, the "Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between Diplomatic Institutes and Universities between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of People's Power for Foreign Affairs. of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela" was signed.
