The upcoming Brussels talks are an integral part of the principle of Azerbaijan-Armenia normalization, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov told journalists, APA reports.
"In general, we evaluate this process positively. There are delays in the negotiation process for various reasons. Azerbaijan's approach to this issue is always continuous and consistent.
Azerbaijan supports the normalization of relations. Unfortunately, inconsistent approaches and opinions are voiced by Armenia from time to time. There was a break in the peace talks for almost 6 months. These negotiations took place again with the role of international mediators. The meeting of the leaders after a certain break is a positive thing. Probably, it is not long to wait for the negotiations and their results," Jeyhun Bayramov added.
