There are a number of documents for regulating relations between Azerbaijan and Russia. In particular, there are four documents that form the relationship between these two countries, Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov said at a press conference on the results of 2023, APA reports.
"Our position is that the peace process is a process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, and if any third party makes its positive contribution, and if that party is neutral and has a positive agenda, we can appreciate it. This mediation was done by Russia, the EU and the United States," the minister said.
