"Dynamic processes are underway in our regions, holding consultations for coordinated cooperation in this context has been agreed," said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with Peter Siarto, Hungarian Foreign and Trade Minister who is on a visit to Baku, APA reports.

According to Minister situation in period of post-conflict, as well as challenges that the Azerbaijani government faces in process of restoration of liberated territories, have been discussed during the meeting with Hungarian counterpart: "Mine clearance issue has been thoroughly discussed. Hungary contributed to the issue voluntarily a year ago. The Hungarian side also stressed the issue in discussions with the EU. We have observed that Hungary supports Azerbaijan's fair position and expressed gratitude to Hungary for it. We consider Hungarian companies' expressing their interest in liberated territories as a friendly step and believe that they will join the process soon."

Jeyhun Bayramov has informed his Hungarian counterpart about start of return of former IDPs in 2022: "I also informed my counterpart on steps, taken by our government on normalization. Unfortunately, the work of the Trilateral Working Group has been violated. We do not see consistence in this issue yet. Sometimes positive messages arrive, while sometimes we hear different thoughts, it makes the situation difficult."
