"Tripartite Working Group operates for more than a year. Unfortunately, no great progress has been made, but there is relative progress", said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in the panel discussions at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, APA reports.
He said that Azerbaijan, in turn, has started to implement works regarding the opening of all communications .
The Minister mentioned that safety is one of the important issues: "Azerbaijan has offered to begin the unconditional delimitation of the borders between the two countries. But, unfortunately, we do not see these efforts by Armenia".
