Armenia does not fulfill its obligations within the framework of the trilateral statement, said Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov as he met with the Chief adviser on Caucasus negotiations of the US State Department, Louis Bono, APA reports.
The Minister drew attention to the fact that Armenia has not completely withdrawn its forces from the territories of Azerbaijan, has kept 8 villages of Azerbaijan under occupation, and continues its regular military and political provocations.
