Azerbaijan is interested in the successful outcome of the process as the main initiative towards normalization with Armenia, including the signing of a future peace agreement, said Jeyhun Bayramov, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister as he received US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs Erika Olson, APA reports.
Nonetheless, Armenia's efforts to impede the process in the aforementioned directions, failure to respond to Azerbaijan's latest proposals on the text of the peace deal within six weeks, and a series of aggressive statements and provocations were highlighted.
