"Armenia refused to participate in the negotiations on the peace agreement scheduled to be held in December, and despite the obstacles it created to the process, our country adheres to the process and carries out the exchange of comments on the text of the peace agreement," said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in a meeting with Minister of State of UK Leo Docherty, APA reports.
It was emphasized that it is necessary for Armenia to avoid its destructive position and return to the negotiation table.
