"As you know, an Azerbaijani citizen, truck driver Tahirov Samir Seydulla was shot in Kharkiv region of Ukraine. Our compatriot has been treated in the Kharkiv city hospital for some time," Honorary Consulate of Azerbaijan in Kharkiv told APA.
"After the incident, the honorary consulate of our country in Kharkiv focused on the treatment of our compatriot. Considering the serious critical state of the wounded, and the recommendation of doctors, his treatment began in Kharkiv and continued there.
As a result of the work carried out by the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Kharkiv, Kharkiv regional administration and relevant agencies of Ukraine, Tahirov Samir Seydulla oglu was evacuated from Kharkiv to the Moldovan border by ambulance.
