26 Azerbaijani citizens evacuated from Sudan have arrived in Türkiye, APA reports.
They are scheduled to be headed to Azerbaijan soon.
Recall that in connection with the current situation in the Republic of Sudan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan released information on the government of Azerbaijan's implementation of appropriate measures to ensure the safety of Azerbaijani citizens living permanently and temporarily in this country, as well as the evacuation of 26 Azerbaijani citizens through a third country.
Note that armed clashes between the army and special forces in Sudan have killed over 500 people and injured hundreds more.
