Zamur Chitanava, the mayor of Georgia’s Bolnisi district, has appointed three deputies, APA’s local bureau reports, citing the Bolnisi Municipality City Council.
According to the report, Aleksandre Zabakhidze has been appointed as the first deputy mayor, while Valentina Naveriani and Tural Valiyev have been appointed as deputies.
Valiyev is a lawyer by profession and has work experience in various institutions. From 2021 to 2025, he served as an assistant to the mayor of Dmanisi.
Note that Zamur Chitanava was elected mayor of Bolnisi as the candidate of the ruling “Georgian Dream” party in the local elections held on October 4 of this year.
