"The 44-day War and Azerbaijan's Victory has created a new reality in the region," said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at the briefing following themeeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, APA reports.
Jeyhun Bayramov has noted that the start of a dialogue on normalization is already possible: "Azerbaijan has supported normalization of Turkish relations with Armenia and is supporting. It is an opportunity, a chance for Armenia. The position of Azerbaijan and Turkiye is based on international principles. There is full coordination between Azerbaijan and Turkiye in this direction. Alliance relations between Azerbaijan and Turkiye are not against any third country. When Armenian leadership, community understand what is good for Azerbaijan and Turkiye does not mean bad for Armenia, then relations will develop."
