"Azerbaijan, which is a neighbor of Iran, Russia and Armenia, successfully implements a balanced realpolitik, the former president of Latvia (2007-2011) Valdis Zatlers said at the panel titled "On War and Peace: The Return of "Realpolitik" within the framework of the 11th Global Baku Forum, APA reports.
He highlighted that realpolitik includes military, economic and political reality:"I listened to the Russian President's speech yesterday, I was disappointed. Unilateral realpolitik must change, it would lead the world to nuclear war. There should be a balanced realpolitik. Azerbaijan can be shown as an example.
