On September 11, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Argentina to the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mariángeles Bellusci was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry told APA.
During the meeting, a protest note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan was submitted to the French ambassador regarding Argentine President Alberto Fernández's prejudiced comments against Azerbaijan during the G20 Summit in New Delhi on September 10, 2023.
It was noted that Azerbaijan's proposals to use alternative roads, including the Aghdam-Khankandi road, to meet the needs of Armenian residents, and the fact that the food products sent have not yet been accepted, demonstrate that the situation is political rather than humanitarian, as claimed by Armenia.
