The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Consular Affairs between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro took place, the ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement, APA reports.
Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ervin Ibrahimovic, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro signed the memorandum.
The document aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the consular field and enhance services provided to citizens.
